Responsibility
- the role involves working on various projects around the local area with a team of multi-skilled joiners
- types of work you will be undertaking are refurbishment work, stud work, skirting, ceiling building, insulation, floor laying and doors
- you will be expected to have a basic understanding of the roles and good tool skills with the ability to work closely as part of a team or on your own initiative following instructions
- primarily joinery but also various property maintenance tasks including the following
