  • ideally the right person will have experience of working with vulnerable clients within a community based setting, or a care home
  • F&A Care and support services Ltd is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager with the day to day running of a domiciliary care agency
  • this person should be committed to providing excellent standards of care, have an understanding and working knowledge of the needs of vulnerable people , able to identify and adapt to changes, have a flexible approach, able to work well under pressure and above all else is passionate about the needs of vulnerable people
  • the position is predominantly 9-5 Monday - Friday emergency support maybe required on an alternate weekends, this will only be to support the on-call team within a crisis
  • to be responsible for the recruitment, selection and retention of staff including
  • maintaining and improving quality standards in all areas
  • to be responsible for the management of all staff and ensure all are adequately trained and competent to perform their role
