  • we are looking to employ an estimator to help turn around tenders quicker as our enquiry list is becoming increasingly healthy
  • practical site knowledge would be useful
  • the ideal candidate would have good communication skills as it would be necessary to build a strong rapport with our suppliers and sub-contractors to gather costs for elements of work
  • the candidate should also have good knowledge of the industry and should be able to identify Material, Labour and time requirements and also be confident in measuring from scaled drawings with foresight of potential risks/additional cost drivers
