- monitor software and hardware systems, promptly raising work requests with IT departments when necessary
- drive the achievement of Service Level Agreements by monitoring progress and taking corrective action as needed
- implement productivity and quality control measures using key performance indicators and other metrics
- foster a positive team culture by organizing team meetings and social activities
- perform performance management of sales advisors, including creating personalised development and training plans
- recommend updates to the Knowledge base and FAQs based on agent and customer feedback
- lead and mentor a team of sales advisors by providing guidance, conducting call listening sessions, transaction monitoring, and regular 1:1 meetings
Requirements
- minimum 3 years of experience as a B2B sales team Manager
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
