sales administrator
Responsibility
- act as a sales and support contact for designated key account customers
- respond to calls, incoming emails and ensure queries and orders are dealt with promptly and professionally inputting orders
- complete credit/collection requests and consult with the relevant department
- manage customer sales history and update their purchases preferences as required
- establish and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers
- complete monthly sales reports
- communicate important feedback from customer to Key Account Manager
- generating weekly sales reports
Requirements
- minimum 3 years sales administration experience
- experience of working in a similar support role
- knowledge of export documentation & procedures
- excellent communication and listening skills
- knowledge of Sage 50 or similar
- excellent customer service skills
- excellent communication & customer service skills
- A polite and friendly manner
