Responsibility

management and delivery of the CDD team’s training framework and control to all new joiners
management of the CDD Team Quality control framework new client onboarding and Periodic reviews
timely reporting of quality results to CDD Team Management and identification of training improvements
working with the 2nd line financial crime team to ensure all QA results are reviewed and assessed
develop and manage the competence and capacity of the Central CDD team, including the management of operations and change management
ownership and in the review and maintenance of the CDD Team’s Standard Operating Procedures ensuring amendments are made as appropriate
assist with stakeholder management within the business
support the CDD senior management as appropriate

Requirements

previous experience in a similar quality and/ or training role with a strong proven track record
CDD, KYC and operational experience at Manager or similar level in a multi-service line business Leadership and supervisory experience
experience in managing financial crime regulatory compliance at a similar level in a sophisticated business environment
strong technical experience
ability to work in a fast-paced evolving environment
strong communication skills, capable of dealing with a wide range of staff all the way to a senior level
strong analytical skills and strong risk awareness
ideally, a relevant Financial Crime, AML qualification
