Responsibility

• managing purchase & sales invoices
• posting bank payments and receipts, and reconciling bank and cash systems
• reconciling balance sheets and Inter-company accounts

• preparing and submitting VAT returns
• reviewing aged debtors and liaise with credit control department regarding bad debts provisions
• ensuring all the cash books and petty cash books are up-to-date & reconciled to the bank on a daily basis
• cash flow management
• assisting with Credit Control issues to keep the sales ledger up to date
• import data in to Microsoft Dynamics Navision on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• ad hoc duties
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance and preferably an accounting qualification e.g. CIMA, ACCA and AAT
