Responsibility
- exstent Limited is looking for a full-time Production Manager, reporting to the Managing Director, to join their team in Tewkesbury
- a) Review of CT scans of patients aorta and pulmonary artery and prepare for use with Exstent’s CAD modelling software
- b) Review the 3D CAD models and inspect the resultant 3D printed CAD model upon receipt
- this is an on-site role located in Tewkesbury
- c) Washing, drying and sterilisation the ExoVasc Former and Blank
- d) Packaging and Shipment of the ExoVasc Implant
- e) Manufacture of the ExoVasc blank with a sewing machine and cup seamer
- as the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of ExoVasc®, part of which is performed in a validated clean manufacturing environment, ensuring that all products meet regulatory quality standards
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
- previous experience in medical device manufacturing operations preferred
- experience with Regulatory Standards for Medical Devices, including FDA and MDR
- experience with Quality Management Systems, including ISO 13485
- strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
- ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles, preferred
