Responsibility
- as a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewing, negotiating between landlord and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks
- you will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other members of staff
