Requirements
- demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating, and personal interface skills
- demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
- familiarity and comfort with customary office machines
- minimum 2-3 years recruitment/administrative experience
- proven job diligence and dedication and attention to detail
- ability and willingness to travel and work overtime, weekends, holidays and evenings as required
- comfort and experience interfacing with various organizational levels of staff and management
- experience working in multicultural settings plus have the ability to work in high stress situations in a constantly changing environment
Responsibility
- assist in recruitment, human resources, volunteer administrative coordination
- administer time and attendance systems in line with individual client requirements at event venues
- assist with all Operations internal and external correspondence
- assist with staffing rotas for various sites
- attend internal and external meeting arrangements and schedules
- aid in the staffing and running of events such as sporting venues, music arenas etc on an ad-hoc basis
- assist with Operations budget and accounting applications through the use of Microsoft xl
- implementing procedures and requests from Senior Management
