EXMOOR TRIM HOLDINGS is looking for employees for positions:
- full-time | Temporary | Permanent
- process sales orders using the Globalshop ERP system on a daily basis
- maintain daily contact with both retail & trade customers by email and phone
- liaise with production regarding the order progress for your customers
- communicate current lead-times & order progress to customers
- have a good understanding of the Exmoor Trim website and products
- ensure the customer has a positive experience when dealing with Exmoor Trim
- ERP & product training will be provided
- undertake other associated tasks as directed by the Sales Manager
- sales administration: 1 year

- produce Sales Invoices using the ERP system and checking content is complete, accurate and complies with legislation
- reconcile invoicing against despatch daily to ensure all despatches have been invoiced
- communicate daily turnover using Teams
- progress, investigate and resolve customer complaints and communicate with both colleagues and customer in a timely manner
- after authorisation, raise credits where appropriate and forward any requiring refunds to the Finance Director
- assist in processing receipts and payments as required
- assist in processing Supplier Invoices as required
- undertake other associated tasks as directed by the Finance Director
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- able to work in a methodical way with excellent attention to detail
- A Driving License is essential
- hold a valid Passport and be willing to travel
- IT literacy including MS Office
- be able to prioritise and organise own workload, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands
- highly motivated to succeed
- experience of working effectively in a team environment
- undertake other associated tasks as directed by the Sales Manager
- conduct market research to find competitive products
