project manager
Responsibility
- you will be working closely with the lab team to deliver successful outcomes for our clients Cell and Gene Therapy projects
- experience in managing projects in the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated sector is preferable
- responsible for successfully delivering all assigned client and internal projects in close collaboration with the PD and GMP teams
- support project teams to develop the project schedule and deliver the project within the agreed scope and budget
- identify and manage risks and opportunities for assigned projects
- manage the expectations of clients and key stakeholders
- monitor timelines, availability of resources, budgets and expenses
- working with the eXmoor team of scientists and engineers, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple process development projects
Requirements
- technical experience in lab-based PD and GMP projects and task scheduling
- minimum BSc in Life Science or BioEngineering discipline
- good knowledge of the ATMP market, project delivery, customers, technology
- knowledge and experience with all elements of project management; managing time, cost, scope, risk and change
- relevant project management qualification
- experience in client facing project management and stakeholder engagement
- time management and planning skills to lead and coordinate multiple projects successfully
- ability to promote a positive, collaborative and friendly working environment, team working culture and transparency with clients
