Responsibility
- the Exhibitionist Hotel has been the hotel leader in style, chic and cool in Kensington
- welcoming and greeting guests in accordance with SOPs
- check-in and check-out guest's accordance with company standards
- provide keys, show guests to room, and deliver luggage as required
- provide excellent customer service
- to communicate any enquiries to the relevant department in a timely manner, ensuring that all information is correct
- taking care of Room Service Orders, based on a basic Night Menu, including Food and Drinks
- being responsible for the Fire Safety at the Hotel at Night
Requirements
- one year’s reception experience - hotel-based environment preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- good communication skills
- must have good customer service experience
- be self-motivated and a team player
- must be prompt and reliable
- be flexible with regards to working hours and be available for weekend work
