Responsibility
- use your own initiative to manage an existing client base focusing on swimming pool maintenance
- liaise with new and existing clients ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times
- carry-out pool maintenance including cleaning pools, testing water, adding chemicals as required and backwashing sand filters
- you will need to service pool plant equipment including pumps, filters and diagnose faults for warranty claims and repair
- you will require a full clean driving licence and will be expected to work independently some of the time using a company vehicle
- you will also be expected to take part in pool builds and renovation projects working alongside other Exeter Pools staff enabling you to expand your knowledge and experience in all aspects of the pool industry
- are you confident in working with pool plant equipment, testing water and administering chemicals correctly?
Requirements
- you should be punctual, hardworking and have the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- attention to detail and good record keeping are an essential part of the role
- the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in swimming pool maintenance and be confident in working with pool plant equipment, testing water and administering chemicals correctly
- swimming pool maintenance: 1 year
- you will need to possess good communication skills in order to liaise with customers and suppliers and be able to use your own initiative to diagnose and solve problems
