Requirements

  • ● Minimum 1 years’ experience as a PV Installer
  • ● Experience of working at heights
  • ● Previous experience of leading a team
  • ● You must hold a full UK driver’s licence
  • ● Comfortable working on a range of roof structures
  • ● CSCS card is desirable
  • ● You will be able to deal with customers in a polite, friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • ● You will be organised, a clear communicator and computer literate

Responsibility

  • ● Managing a team of Oxford based installers who work alongside the installation, project, and sales teams
  • ● Managing health and safety compliance on site, in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies
