• liaise with all departments to ensure Clients are set up and onboarded effectively
• actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross sell other group services where they will add most value to the client
• ensuring you build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new prospects, logging details of ongoing negotiations on our CRM system

• undertake daily new business activity using a combination of phone, email and LinkedIn to reach and engage with key decision makers within targeted businesses
