Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Responsibility

  • handling incoming calls, emails, and live chats, in a professional and courteous manner, always ensuring excellent customer service
  • accurately using the support ticketing systems to record incidents and requests including categorisation
  • creating helpdesk material for customer self service
