Responsibility
- securing new business from new clients
- answering queries from clients via e-mail telephone or face to face
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and e-mail
- identify and develop key market targets, new customers and new business with existing customers
- liaison with Resource Group Ops to develop an appropriate solution
- establishing prices against clear cost modelling
- creating proposals and other response documents as required
- price negotiation and closing of the sale to the client
