The key role is to be responsible for all the booking elements of our customer tours with our main suppliers.Key responsibilities are:Creating, costing and selling bespoke tailor-made luxury golf itineraries.Communicating with guests and suppliers via email and telephone requiring excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Delivering outstanding customer service to new and repeat clients at all times, going the extra mileBooking all the elements of our customer golf tours with our key suppliers - this would include luxury hotels, golf tee times, private ground transportation and private air transportationEnsuring that all customer details are correct, meeting customer expectations and company sales targetsPreparing and sending out customer itineraries and travel documentationChecking customer bookings and customer/supplier invoices along with timely payments to suppliersOther responsibilities include amendments, cancellations, changes and dealing with service issues while customers are on their tour.Remain primary point of contact from pre to post departure.Be enthusiastic and passionate to learn about the company’s full range of productsUsing Micros
