Responsibility

  • ECM are recruiting for a plasterer or plastering team to work on a self-employed basis in Bramhope, Leeds
  • job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday + overtime
  • working predominantly on residential sites, duties include undertaking all aspects of plastering works such as dot and dab, plaster boarding to timber or metal studwork , skimming work to plasterboard and existing walls, traditional rough and skim work

Requirements

  • proven experience as a plasterer or similar role in the construction industry
  • proficient in metal stud framing, drywall installation, and blueprint reading
  • strong knowledge of different types of plastering materials and techniques
  • excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • attention to detail and precision in workmanship
  • physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and climbing
  • good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
