to be successful in this role you will need to be a proactive team player who communicates effectively and demonstrates an understanding of our services. Previous experience within the security industry would be beneficial
the primary role of the Administrator is to provide administrative support to the Office Managers and Directors. They must be willing and flexible, prepared to carry out reasonable tasks not necessarily covered within this Job Description
create and send quotations, risk assessments and order acknowledgements
sending and closing down the Engineer job sheets and carry out any follow up from these
stock control for the office i.e. stationary and other supplies
draft and send correspondence on behalf of the Directors and Office Manager
assist the Office Manger and Finance Manager with invoicing administration as required

excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate

ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
