Responsibility

  • all aspects of repair management to ensure vehicle repair bookings are met in accordance with set service level agreements
  • undertake any duties reasonably necessary as directed by your line manager

Requirements

  • experience in a faced paced, target driven environment
  • previous admin experience written/ verbal communication skills and basic IT
  • attention to detail and accuracy in relation to data entry and processing of documentation
  • planning, organisational and time management skills with the ability to be proactive in the management of their duties
  • previous experience in working in a Claims Recovery role with a Credit Hire or Insurance company, desirable but certainly not essential
