- we work with individuals in a group environment providing activities and training to enable individuals to learn and develop skills to assist them in all aspects of life
- the organisation’s ethos is one of putting the client at the centre of everything we do, providing stimulating, interactive and person-centred support to enable them to achieve their goals
- opening up and locking up buildings, ensuring that community buildings are effectively cleared down and secured
- reporting incidents and accidents to the line manager and completing appropriate documentation
