- deep knowledge of recruitment methodologies, talent acquisition strategies, and candidate assessment techniques
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and applicant tracking systems to streamline processes and manage data effectively
