  • we are based in Aylesbury and are currently looking for a Telemarketing executive to work with a team
  • you must be able to work within agreed but very rewarding performance targets
  • dealing with inbound calls from customers to assist and provide them with information about our services
  • making outbound calls in the open market and offering them our HR services and creating warm leads
  • ensuring customers are provided with the information they need and follow up with them at regular intervals
  • regularly achieving service, and productivity targets
  • the main purpose of this position is to ensure that you will be contacting open market clients and achieving this by providing them with relevant information about our HR services
  • flexible to visit clients for meetings and marketing leads with a colleague
