Responsibility
- experience is not required, and we encourage applications from with lived experience and minority groups
- we are looking for motivated and dynamic forward-thinking applicants who will support our clients in line with our ethos
- we aim to keep evictions from the accommodation to an absolute minimum and will use a restorative approach to deal with issues amongst the clients and the neighbours
- our Clients will have unmet needs i.e.: homelessness and drug and alcohol issues
- our staff teams work innovatively with clients in supporting them to address the underlying issues they have to enable them to sustain their own tenancies successfully
- this is a Sleeping Nights role; however, you will be provided with your own room and bedding and all the amenities needed. You will be Paid the Hourly rate though the night whilst sleeping
- the ideal candidate will be organized, flexible and must be able to handle all situations that arise due to the nature of our clients
- working closely with South Ribble Housing Options Team, outcomes will be achieved through working from a trauma-informed approach in a psychologically informed environment
Requirements
- it is essential that applicants have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, mileage allowance is paid. Alternatively, use of an Electric Scooter or Bike
