Responsibility

  • to manage the planning, coordinating and scheduling of client support
  • managing care support workers' rotas
  • to work closely with team in co-coordinating all care services
  • be responsive to changes in the schedules and to liaise with relevant team members
  • working proactively to ensure the needs of our clients are met
  • participate in on-call rota
  • to assist with recording of records, in all formats
  • deal promptly and appropriately with any queries received or concerns raised

Requirements

  • full driving license
  • access to a vehicle that can be used for business purposes
  • experience providing care
  • experience managing people within the care sector
  • NVQ / QCF level 3 or higher
  • willingness to travel across Northamptonshire, mainly Northampton and Corby
  • care management: 2 years
