internal sales
Responsibility
- management of the Sales Support / Sales Service Board
- to contribute effectively to the ‘Lead to Sale’ process, collaborating with the Excalibur Sales Team to complete proposals where required
- responsible for day-to-day quotes arising from the Account Managers
- to provide back up support to the sales team and customers
- assisting with proposals including sourcing of pricing
- to assist customers and Account Managers with ad-hoc queries as and when required
- to develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers
- work closely with peers, other departments and suppliers to ensure compliance and high levels of service are delivered
Requirements
- experience in a similar Telecoms or IT order/provisioning and support role
- IT and / or Telecoms product knowledge is advantageous, specifically Telecoms provisioning and knowledge of Mobile tariffs
- self-motivated and IT literate which a keen interest in technology, and can communicate at all levels
- demonstration of excellent Customer Service – can be demonstrated through a previous Customer Service / Sales Support role
- building and maintaining customer relationships
- managing multiple priorities
- tenacity and determination
- working under pressure
