Responsibility
- hire, train and supervise restaurant & Bar staff following company policies and standards
- create work schedules, timetables and staff leave
- develop food offerings & menus in collaboration with the senior management team
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in the restaurant and bar
- handle customer complaints and feedback
- monitor and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- keep track of inventory, equipment and supplies
- promote the restaurant & bar through social media, the local community, marketing and advertising
Requirements
- proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role
- excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- knowledge of restaurant operations and marketing
- familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- qualifications in hospitality management, business administration or relevant field is a plus but not mandatory
