Responsibility

  • we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Partner Manager to join our team
  • connect with news media partners to develop and nurture relationships
  • identify and explore opportunities for collaboration and partnership with media outlets
  • this role requires a strong understanding of the news media landscape, including publishing, blogs, magazines, and radio
  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth API integrations, on-page ticketing, calendar, and promotions technology
  • monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to enhance event submissions
  • stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape in the news media space
  • conduct market research to identify potential media partners and business development opportunities

Requirements

  • previous experience in media partner management or business development, preferably in the news media industry
  • strong network of contacts within the news media, publishing, blog, magazine, and radio sectors
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • proven ability to build and maintain successful partnerships
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • self-motivated and able to work independently
  • familiarity with API integrations, on-page ticketing, and calendar technology is a plus
