- willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice, and spend a significant amount of time on the road
Responsibility
- ensuring all installed equipment is fully labelled in line with the client’s requirements
- collaborate with relevant parties to stage and configure network devices according to provided specifications and deployment plans
- troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies identified during the staging process, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams as needed
- stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to network device staging and configuration
- deliver a professional and detailed report to the ERS for each project
- installing and configuration of network equipment on client’s business premises, to include network cabinets, structured cable runs, cable termination, local patching, network switches, Wi-Fi Access Points, Network Routers, SD WAN
- ensure the company vehicle is always fully stocked – both independently and by liaising with the ERS
- with guidance and support from within the Business
