Responsibility

  • meet and greet clients, external visitors such as delivery/contract personnel, quickly and efficiently by responding to their needs and enquiries promptly
  • provide refreshments to clients and visitors/ manage waiting times
  • manage incoming telephone calls to main reception and deal with enquiries efficiently
  • ensure uninterrupted service of the Reception desk
  • ensure appropriate procedures are followed in relation to security and access
  • complete all Account Opening formalities and adhere to guidelines
  • responsible for managing Premier client documents
  • ensure a clean and tidy reception area as well as adjacent areas and meeting rooms
