- meet and greet clients, external visitors such as delivery/contract personnel, quickly and efficiently by responding to their needs and enquiries promptly
- provide refreshments to clients and visitors/ manage waiting times
- manage incoming telephone calls to main reception and deal with enquiries efficiently
- ensure uninterrupted service of the Reception desk
- ensure appropriate procedures are followed in relation to security and access
- complete all Account Opening formalities and adhere to guidelines
- responsible for managing Premier client documents
- ensure a clean and tidy reception area as well as adjacent areas and meeting rooms
