Responsibility
- you will also attend some exciting events, such as boating shows, canal festivals and many others
- the Canal and River Trust maintains and cares for a 2000-mile-long, 200-year-old network of canals, rivers, reservoirs and docks, providing accessible green and blue space where it’s needed the most
- shelter helps millions of people every year struggling with bad housing or homelessness through their advice, support and legal services. They campaign to make sure that, one day, no one will have to turn to them for help
- you will engage in conversations with members of the public who are out and about, inspiring them to support the Trust through an ongoing donation
- you will engage in conversations with members of the public who are out and about, inspiring them to support Shelter through an ongoing donation
- A fundraising/sales role at Shelter not only defends the most vulnerable within society but also equips successful applicants with skills needed for various roles in multiple sector’s moving forward
- charity Fundraising: As a charity fundraiser for the Canal and River Trust, you will head out with your team each day to different locations along the canal and towpaths all around your local area with central Birmingham as your local hub
