Requirements
experience in collections and direct debit processing is advantageous
possess a professional and courteous telephone manner when interacting with customers and dealers
excellent organisational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
familiarity with the motor finance industry is an advantage
display a positive and proactive attitude, approaching challenges with enthusiasm
strong written and verbal communication skills is essential, with the ability to communicate across all levels and present information to groups
