  • creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics to ensure visually appealing digital content
  • knowledge of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

Responsibility

  • engaging with and visiting our trade customers and consumers to generate content
  • video creation to support new product launches and how-to-videos
  • collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, SEO, website, and Amazon
  • content creation - Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for digital campaigns and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging
  • monitor & manage online reputation - Addressing customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
  • website - Assists with content management for our websites; generating new content, writing blogs, case-studies and ensuring that product information is kept up to date
  • email - Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns, including creating compelling email content, segmenting lists, automation programs and analysing campaign performance
  • best practice - Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to drive growth and competitive advantage
