Responsibility
- delivering and exceeding the budgetary expectations of the channel by growing incremental share of wallet/new business across the paper category
- identifying target dealers and tracking performance via appropriate sales tools
- developing the sales proposition in conjunction with functional heads
- managing time effectively and efficiently, whilst working towards efficiency improvements
- creating an “ownership mindset” that challenges the status quo
- forecasting sales numbers and product demand with a high degree of accuracy based on commercial assumptions that can be constructively challenged/discussed
- working within the confines of a reward scheme delivering a consistent approach
- identifying dealers that don’t currently buy volume Paper from VOW and implementing the sales opportunity and incremental cash margin to help grow account profitability
