- evi's is a new, busy neighbourhood restaurant that opened recently in the heart of East Dulwich
- evi's is a new neighbourhood restaurant from the team behind Souvlaki Street, opening in the heart of East Dulwich in July
- general kitchen duties including preparing and cooking menu items
- we love feeding people quality food in a fun and casual environment that is enjoyed equally by customers and staff alike
- ensure that food preparation and presentation meet high standards of quality and consistency as set by the Head Chef
- we're currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team
- support the Chef and manage the kitchen in their absence
- we're on track to open in August and are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team
Requirements
- minimum 1 year experience in similar role
- strong knife skills and experience cooking on a grill
- excellent knife skills and experience cooking on a grill
- creative thinking, knowledge of seasonal produce and desire to experiment are a plus
- health and Safety certification - Level 2/Level 3
- valid right to work in the UK
- sous Chef: 1 year
- cooking: 2 years
Contract type
- this is a 40-45hr/wk Full-Time contract that requires a mix of open/closes over 5 days per week
- this is a 45hr/wk Full-Time contract that requires a mix of open/closes over 5 days per week
- the pay is a mix of basic and service charge

- this totals an annual take home of £39-41.5k
