Responsibility

- general kitchen duties including preparing and cooking menu items

- ensure that food preparation and presentation meet high standards of quality and consistency as set by the Head Chef
- we're currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team

- it is an intimate space of 25 covers in the winter to 45 in the warmer weather when the patios are open
- the food is a celebration of Greek food from the grill, classic and seasonal meze plates and salads all made using premium producers and suppliers

- assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen ad overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation and performance
- we are currently building the opening team for the kitchen and front of house and would like to hear from individuals with a passion for quality food and drink
- managing ingredient stock levels including ordering and waste control
- completing and review stock results together with the General Manager on a weekly basis
- ensuring all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to at all times
Requirements
- minimum 1 year experience in similar role
- strong knife skills and experience cooking on a grill
- excellent knife skills and experience cooking on a grill
