Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • identifying and developing new business opportunities around seasonal marketing campaigns, a particular focus on apparel and workwear
  • building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • achieving sales targets and increase revenue
  • creating and delivering presentations to potential clients
  • negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients
  • conducting a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospective clients in order to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
  • developing and implementing call scripts and strategies to effectively engage with potential clients and promote our promotional merchandise products, with a special focus on apparel and workwear
  • staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements

  • proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong negotiation and closing skills
  • good knowledge of the promotional merchandise industry and its products
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • at least 2 years of experience in a business development role within the promotional merchandise industry, with a focus on apparel and workwear
  • full driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
