Responsibility
answering calls and acting as Customer Support Service to clients with an e-commerce site
understanding the processes behind a CRM system and an online fulfillment system
the management and organisation of client’s diaries, events, meetings and travel
making outbound calls for our clients – making follow-up calls and confirming meetings
administrative services such as internet research, sourcing suppliers to obtain quotations and estimates
CRM update and maintenance using various software systems
this includes accessing their e-commerce site, website back office for account details, dealing with order queries, payment issues, sorting out returns, liaising with our client to resolve issues
Education
GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
strong ability with computer skills including full knowledge of all Microsoft software packages
being able to communicate difficult tasks in a straight forward manner
positive and friendly telephone manner
good level of literacy and numeracy
using own initiative
collaborative working
able to work under pressure
ability to prioritise tasks
