- develop a new quality assurance framework to ensure that compliance and expectations are delivered
- an eye for detail and the ability to translate data into ‘big picture’ insights?
- as a natural collaborator, you’ll work closely with all site, service & product teams to create and implement various key performance indicators, ultimately helping to drive performance and continuous improvement across the business
