Responsibility

  • must have NVQ Level 3 Qualification for this post. and minimum 12 months experience in this role
  • oaklea House Residential Home in Tittensor, is a lovely warm, caring and friendly home which supports up to 12 adults with learning disabilities
  • as Deputy Manager you will support the Registered Manger in achieving successful and compliant operation of the residential home, you will provide support and leadership to the support staff, promote a person centred approach and a high quality service
  • at Oaklea House we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our hard working and caring staff team, who will oversee and maintain the care of the residents within their home, oversee and support the care team on a day to day basis
  • in the absence of the Residential Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the home, ensuring the safety of the residents, all policies, procedures are adhered to and compliant with CQC regulations and legal legislations
