Responsibility
- building and configuring all new site installation equipment. This includes portal configuration, testing and shipping
- handling client technical support queries and resolving them within the KPI`s set by the business and our clients
- raising ordering requirements and receiving equipment from suppliers
- providing the required support to the Installation team and service team including equipment deliveries where necessary
- supporting the management of internal installation and support documentation contained within SharePoint
- verifying installation project build and testing compliance
