Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field
  • previous experience or coursework in real estate marketing, advertising, graphic design or related fields is preferred
  • strong understanding of Japan Style aesthetics, including knowledge of Japanese architecture, design principles, and cultural influences
  • experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese clients is a plus
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • create visually compelling graphic design materials for various real estate projects, including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, signage, and digital assets
