Responsibility
- ensure that all bills and invoices are properly loaded and coded in accurately within the companies Xero accounting system
- responsible for accurate and timely management accounts for both businesses
- ensure that all wage, age debt and creditors are correctly recorded and managed
- ensure that contractors and suppliers are paid promptly within terms and that they are fully compliant with company policies
- ensure that full management reporting as part of the management and board meeting requirements
- monitor and report on supplier performance against budget
- work alongside the Operations and Client management team to ensure that management and financial information is captured and reported upon in a timely and accurate manner
- have input in supplier selection and pricing structures including volume discounts
Requirements
- accounting: 3 years
