Responsibility
- ensure all systems/procedures under your control operate smoothly, safely and align with our Quality, Cost and Performance Standards
- maximize the efficiency of all business procedures and resources related to your role
- manage the daily operations assigned to you and address potential issues when they arise
- work with Team to maintain and adopt processes that meet our Health & Safety procedures and ensure compliance to legislation
- coordinate with the Crew leader to ensure our other divisional products are installed as per the instructions supplied
- report any damages or shortages
- under guidance of Crew Leader and documentation supplied. Assist with loading, unloading and storing stock in preparation for build; Plot and erect, furnish and dress structures
- assist in implementing, sustaining and developing quality process improvements that focus of installation and delivery of customer service
Requirements
