Responsibility

  • this role will involve working cross-functionally with the Business Development team to provide sales admin support for key clients and partners
  • on a daily basis you will reconcile the Cyclescheme Store and online till tender type against the Cyclescheme B2B portal
  • this is a part time role
  • the Administrator - Cycle to Work role can be located within our Shirebrook Head Office or working remotely. It is a pivotal link to support the Ride to Work administration manager in the day to day administration of the department
  • in addition the role is an additional link between our regionally based B2B team members and the Head Office customer service Team
  • you will provide Administration and Scheme support to the B2B department, advice and guidance to our registered employers and employees and Customer Service team that will include our Ride to Work and Cyclescheme products
  • you will assist in the sales and invoicing dashboard for our Customer base and work closely with colleagues in finance on all invoicing and financial reporting
