Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records. Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Training and Development: Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cycling or outdoor sports industry. A passion for cycling and a deep knowledge of bicycles and accessories. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising.
