- supporting the HR department with all aspects of HR administration
- monitoring the HR inbox and responding to all HRIS queries where appropriate, or delegating to the wider HR team as required
- managing, recording, and updating confidential employee data for UK personal
- conducting HR document audits
- producing monthly query reports for the HR Advisor
- deal with sensitive and confidential issues within the frameworks of the Data Protection Legislation and other professional and statutory guidelines
- drafting standard HR documents including letters, contracts and adverts
- scanning a large volume of personnel and training documentation to the HRIS
