Responsibility

  • contact guests pre-arrival to ensure they have all the information they need
  • provide all the necessary information regarding the use of appliances
  • being available in case of any problems which may arise
  • ensure the weekly clean of the flats once guests have left
  • maintain stocks of cleaning products and kindle for fireplaces, as necessary
  • check oil level in tank and order as necessary
  • liaise with Head Office regarding replacement of towels, bed linen etc. as necessary
  • ensure garden is maintained
