Responsibility
- welcoming guests to the Spa and ensuring the guest experience is exceptional
- ensuring you are fully conversant with the treatments, facilities and services within the spa and hotel
- ensuring you are fully conversant with pricing structures to be able to effectively sell the ESPA services
- taking bookings for treatments, ensuring information is recorded correctly on the spa scheduling system
- completing all administrative duties in relation to the efficient running of the department
- ensuring that the reception area is maintained in a clean and tidy manner in accordance with departmental standards
- receiving payment and operate till, ensuring accuracy of prices charged and change given
- maintaining the security of stock areas at all times, immediately reporting any breaches
Requirements
- 1 Years’ experience in a guest focused role
- 6 months reception experience within the Beauty/Spa Industry
- experience of working as a Receptionist gained within the hospitality or service industry
- high Level of computer literacy
- professional telephone manner
- high standards of attention to detail and personal presentation
- excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- demonstrable guest focused approach with a passion to deliver excellent guest service
