- prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
- collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency in food quality
- monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen
- knowledge of various cooking techniques and culinary trends
- familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- excellent time management skills
